Challenges

We went to the gym today.

A personal trainer took us through a session. This was not meant to be part of the plan.

I am now unable to walk up or down stairs.

Who said the gym is meant to be good for you?

Send help.

Personal trainers are experts in torture: mine [well, *formerly* my personal trainer...] has actually done me permanent ligament damage... be careful. You're not getting any younger, you know ;)

Ouch!! What were you thinking?! The gym is no place to go if you intend to go up and down stairs afterwards ;-)

This woman was a smiling assassin. I'm meant to be seeing her again next week. Please help! I am actually getting younger.

CW - I clearly wasn't thinking. she approached me and I was too polite to say no. Will I never learn?!

Stairs are still a challenge. Mainly going down them. I am ok walking on the flat, once I can get myself up from my chair.

Getting fit is great...
